- TEMPORARY STAFFING
Employees are hired on an hourly basis. Our fee to you includes the employees' wages, bonding, Worker's Compensation, unemployment and payroll taxes.
- TEMP-TO-HIRE STAFFING
We recruit the employees for you and they stay on our payroll for 450 hours worked (full-time) or 280 hours worked (part-time). After this time period, you are free to hire them without additional fees.
- DIRECT HIRE STAFFING
We recruit the employees for you and charge you a direct hire placement fee to place the employees directly on your payroll.
- PAYROLL SERVICE
You choose your own employees and place them on our payroll. The employees have temporary status, but your bill rate is lower than if they were traditional employees.
- CLERICAL TESTING SERVICE
We offer a computerized testing program to test your own applicants or employees on typing, data entry, 10 key and computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word. The fees are set per test.
